ISMED have planned to increase the potentials of Thai SME entrepreneurs in order to prepare them for tougher business competitions in the Thailand 4.0 era.

The Department of Industrial Promotion together with the Institute for Small and Medium Enterprises (ISMED) have planned to increase the potentials of Thai SME entrepreneurs in order to prepare them for tougher business competitions in the Thailand 4.0 era. Both agencies are set to propel SME businesses with innovation, turning them into Smart SMEs, while aiming to create cooperation between domestic and international entrepreneurs through a business concept which focuses on catering to the global demand. Furthermore, under this cooperation training courses called, “Train the Coach”, will also be organised, where national and international business advisers will come to coach entrepreneurs. The project’s goal within in the next 3 years is to ensure that the 10 targeted Thai businesses become globally recognised.
